She is a Princess from the tribes.
The word "Ghibli" came from a Geographic noun which means the hot wind in the Sahara Desert.
Her braids and the Kanzashis (the hair stick) are the symbols of her royal descendance.
Of course, she wore only the most intricately beaded dresses.
